I did a lot of research and saw the M200 Plus getting high ratings online, so I decided to pull the trigger. I’m glad I did. The frame quality is top-tier—it feels rugged and well-built, not like some of the cheaper stuff you see out there. Performance-wise, it’s been great, and honestly, I just love being out on it. The real standout for me was the customer service. I had a warped rotor early on and contacted them, but they were out on holiday. I didn't want to wait to ride, so I just ordered some replacements from Amazon. When they got back to me, they offered to reimburse me for the cost of the rotors. I told them I’d actually broken my horn switch and asked if we could just swap the credit for that instead. They sent the $40 part out for free, with no hassle. Their support person, Zhou, took great care of me. It’s one thing to make a good bike, but seeing a company actually stand behind their product and work with the customer like that is rare. Highly recommended.

Bought a m300f. Pretty nice bike!

Someone that takes the time to answer your questions, without that support you have nothing if you are new to the E-bike experience. Bike comes with everything you will need to get you out and riding. I am adding a new seat post, one of the shock absorbing, and added the bike bag. My greatest problem is finding a RV bike rake that will hold the weight. I added an extra cross bar but even though it says it holds 100 lbs. it does not and I almost lost the bike. A regular hitch rack is built heavier and works but my RV doesn't have one. The cross bar is the problem so hopefully someone will make a bar that supports E-bikes. Great bike for the money.

Went with a Nova X for my first bike and just hit 500 miles. This thing rips for the voltage and wattage it is rated for. The amount of questions I get and people looking is crazy as well. Had to reach out to their customer service regarding a few minor issues (self caused) and Eskute worked with me to resolve my issues with almost no question. I have had a blast on this thing and I am upgrading to the RTX soon!

I bought my grandson a mini nova for Christmas, he loved it and wanted to take it everywhere, including a friends farm that had goats. Well, the goats ate the wires from the display. I contacted Eskute and found Zhou, he was extremely helpful in getting everything back together and running again. So bike is running and grandson is happy again. Great customer supply.

Jade in Customer Service really came through. I had accidently snipped the wire to the light/horn switch in the unpacking (lots of thick zip ties to cut...be forwarned). Jade worked with me to get me the replacement part quickly and with a helpful vibe. Thank you Jade. Highly recommend this product and this company Eskute.

My experience with Escute was regarding a folding issue I have withe my F200 ebike there Customer service Team was a pleasure to deal with. Problem was resolved without the problems you can encounter with some companies' THEY CARE.
