I have received the E-TrikeT300 within 6 days of ordering. It was well protected and easy to complete the assembly. An issue arise with the battery pack, but the Eskute support team was very efficient and prompt in answering my e-mail. They send a replacement right away and I fully enjoy my new ride. It is well built, great look and very comparable to other high priced company. This support team however, is exceptional in service and knowledge. Their dedication to excellence is quite evident. They have pride in what they do. I would highly recommend the Esqute to others.

Jill answered my questions in a timely manner. She helped me change the color of my bike from black to orange. It ment a lot to me to have orange as it is the color of my favorite F1 race team.

Jill from customer service was fast and helpful. I emailed letting them know the 2 bikes arrived as expected, and went together well, but we were missing the helmets we anticipated getting with the bikes. Jill advised they were shipped separately, and provided tracking info for them in the same email. Thanks for the quick reply!

Jill assisted me with a battery issue that was under warranty and she has been very helpful and responsive. Overall the Eskute bike we purchased was delivered last year in great condition, no problems assembling and has been enjoyed over the past 8 months. Highly recommended!

I bought the trike and had an issue about noise from the differential and handling characteristics likely affected by same. Customer service was excellent and offered repair, replacement, or refund in full. They were very helpful and courtious. Refund came very quickly and I was very impressed. An excellent company that stands by their product.

I was hesitant to buy bike without first being able to test ride. I emailed the company and received a quick response from Jill. The email ease my concerns with an easy return process, coupled with many reviews of satisfied customers.I completed my purchase. I thought that I had ordered the accessories, I reach out the company and they explain to me that I bought an upgraded bike, the upgrade was not the accessories. Jill was courteous and cooperative and offered me other options. This is a solid box and easy to put together for a 69 year old female.
