So like I said I got my second bike on the way these bikes are legit any issue I've had has been met with a proper and quick response anyone saying they didnt respond back quickly id honestly question if youre being genuine I've got 400 miles on my first bike I've had it for a month 🤣🤣 and any issue I've had they responded in a timely manner Shout out to Zhou as well I appreciate you and making sure my needs were met!

Got my T300 Pro missing the charge cable. contacted sales by email had a response in a day. Tina In customer support sorted the issue and had the missing cable sent to me arrived with 5 days 2-6-2026, very happy with whole experience so far.

First and foremost Jade went above and beyond to make sure my sons bike was perfect!!!! With all ebike u come across small issurles here and there but with the few bikes ive purchased there is not a compa y that treat you better then eskute....They do everything possible yo make sure every customer is happy and satified!!! I will always support eskute bc until i dealth with them i have never been so happy with a company!!!! ur customer service is unmatched...THANK U FOR BEING SO AMAZING

I really enjoy my new Eskute T300 Pro. It is built very solid and is comfortable to ride. The customer service was amazing, responded quickly and very helpful (thank you Tina). Definitely recommend.

I bought 2 Eskute bikes. Both had minor issues from shipping when they arrived. I emailed customer service about the issues, and was very suprised to find that they made everything right. New parts were sent very quickly and a partial refund was given as well. Customer service always responded to every email sent! Very impressed!. The bikes are awesome as well. No disappointments here!
