What a well built bicycle this is the first day I had it I rode 12 miles, I have diabetes and my blood sugar dropped considerably after riding and I wasn't exhausted either great product thank you so much

I bought 2 e-bikes last week. The T300 etrike for my wife, and a D200 for myself. Delivery was fast for the trike, my d200 was a pre order. Asked them to change to a colour in stock, no problem. My bike arrived the next day. Only have about 15km on each bike, but they are awesome. I emailed customer support for assistance on changing pedal assist sensitivity, and in a couple of days received detailed instructions and videos back Don’t expect same day replies, they are a busy, but talented company. Bikes are well built and excellent to ride. Keep up the good work Eskute and your support people. Excellent Teamwork Eskute from the purchase, support and shipping teams, you made things work perfectly. The only downside is I should have ordered a basket for my bike, just to have the extra storage.

I received my T300 Pro and it was easy to put together. The directions were clear. The delivery was on the first day of the window dates provided; prompt. My first ride was getting to know the bike. It took a little bit to begin going a little faster but my first ride was about 4 mph. Funny how that seemed so fast that day!! Most things in this world are made for right-handed people. I’m a lefty and it was a bit bumpy at first! The steering was going one way and I went the other way! No spills; just a few fumbles! I was wishing I was 6 years old again and I would learn to ride this so much more quickly! For my first few rides I put the seat and handle bars as low as they would go! Riding it at the right height for me was scary!! I’m learning to ride it just by the power assist for now! I hope to soon raise the seat and handle bars so I can pedal it myself but for now, slow and easy wins the race! I sit high on the bike and by golly I experienced my first bout of senior fear! It felt like it was a long way down!! The bike is beautiful; purple is such an amazing colour. You know it’s good quality just from how it looks. It’s solid and that brings safety and feelings of security. I have been going on a few rides 10 miles or less at a leisurely pace, not in a rush, not in a race. For once I’m ok with people speeding by me. I know my speed will pick up with balance and that it may take a little bit for that to come. It’s been decades since I rode a bike and I’m sure it shows. I’m enjoying this as much as I did when I was a kid. So far I’ve had no issues with the bike that I haven’t been able to handle…a sign of the quality of this bike. I researched bikes for about 8 months before I made a purchase. I reached out to the company support team and the response was prompt and they easily answered my questions and found a solution for me. I’m appreciative of being acknowledged so professionally. If you’re thinking of purchasing one, do your research and know support teams are in place to help you and answer your questions. Make use of them to make sure you’re choosing the right model and the right company that will be there to support you. And get out there and get your rides in!! I hope this helps anyone who is reading it. Don’t forget your helmet!!
