My T300 bike arrived on time in pieces. It was easy to assemble because the instructions were very good. Tools for assy were also avail. I have asked several questions with fast responses. I asked about missing mirrors and was informed I did not purchase them. They were correct after I checked. I was later informed I would receive them as a courtesy gift. I appreciate good service.

Wonderful e bike, durable

As our D200 Foldable e-bikes were a pre-order, we understood that the delivery would take a bit longer. I contacted Eskute and they explained the pre-order process and that as soon as they were received at the Canadian distribution center they would be shipped out. I received a notification from Fed Ex the next couples and received the two bikes a month after my original order. The bikes came extremely well packed and it excellent condition. One thing to note: When I ordered my two bikes there was a $50.00 sale for purchasing two bike. A week after my purchase, another sale came on offering $100.00 off two bikes. I contracted Eskute and they honored the sale and reimbursed me the additional $50.00. That is amazing customer service. I would highly recommend this company if you are looking for a budget friendly ebike with higher end features.

These people are excellent Jade in customer service was able to help me replace a digital display that was out of stock on their website after our boy wrecked his e-bike. He had just gotten it and it was very disappointing so we were so happy that Jade was able to help us replace it.

This is a great bike and Eskute has great customer service.
