I researched ebike companies and decided to get a D200 bike from ESKUTE since it was reasonably optioned for the price . I joined their Facebook group and paid for the bike. I assembled the bike and took it for a ride noticing that the rear brakes squealing. I cleaned and adjusted the brakes to no avail . I emailed the support team and Tina responded promptly with attachement of a video clip with the instructions for re-centeing the pads. Thank you Eskute Exceptional customer service Thank you Tina

Just bought this bike as an upgrade for the electric bike I’ve had for about three years. I love the dual shock absorbers now I don’t feel every bump in the road. The larger tires also make a difference. Now I enjoy riding the bike and can go for longer rides with out feeling like my neck and back are hurting me.

Jade was easy to work with and solved the issue I had. My son loves his e-bike.

Quick delivery easy to assemble and had some questions and got very quick response. The only drawback was 2 days after I bought it you came up with a better deal if we bought 2 which my daughter is looking to get one. May have gotten 2 had i known.

One day my motor stopped working bc I wheelie my eskute v200 and I messaged eskute and there team and they replied really quick and they sent me a new motor for free🔥🔥❤️

I recently purchased two Eskute M300 electric bikes for my wife and me, and we couldn't be happier. From the very beginning, the buying experience was fantastic. I had the pleasure of interacting with Zhou from customer service, who was incredibly helpful, responsive, and made sure all of my questions were answered. The bikes themselves are wonderful! They feel strong, sturdy, and are exceptionally comfortable to ride. Finding a bike that fits can sometimes be a challenge, but these are perfect for our very different heights and weights. I am 6' 1.5" and 235lbs, and my wife is 5' 1" and 130lbs, yet both of us find our rides to be completely ergonomic, smooth, and highly capable. Whether we are cruising around our local neighborhoods or tackling slightly tougher terrain with pretty big hills of all sizes and grades, these bikes deliver fantastic performance. Highly recommend Eskute, and a massive thank you to Zhou for the excellent support!

I had an issue with a wheel wobble. Jade and the whole Eskute team went above and beyond to have the issue corrected with a whole new bike replacement. Very satisfied with the experience 😊
