I got my ESKUTE V200 model from Amazon and it was so difficult to wait the two weeks because I wanted it so badly right then and there, but I waited for my bike to ship, I had to buy it from Amazon since I used Sezzle and Sezzle wouldn't let me use their Anywhere Visa since it allegedly wasn't a U.S. merchant, but, whatever. I got it through Amazon with Sezzle, and I am so glad I did! It was so worth the wait! This bike is so awesome. Like, i can't even comprehend how well everything went with putting it together and even riding it, in this world of incompetence, ESKUTE is so good, and they exceeded my expectations as a customer. Bravo, ESKUTE! Bellissima! I love my bike so much. Thank you so much, ESKUTE. And Amazon, and Sezzle, and me, for working and saving to do this for myself. Thank you so much to ESKUTE for being such an amazing company and delivering on their promises of how good this bike really is. I'm so happy right now. :) The ESKUTE V200 is such a brilliant invention. I love it so much! The team or person or whoever designed it is beyond intelligent in their brilliance because they thought of everything. The seat is a little hard, but I'm also a little old (42). I love it! I just bought the Eskute D300 adventurer bike and it's awesome for the price. It shipped fast and came in excellent condition. Assemby was easy and I love riding this thing.

The motor provides plenty of power for hills and longer rides, and the battery easily lasts through my daily commute with charge to spare. The bike feels sturdy, comfortable, and well-built, especially considering the price point. Additionally, assembly was straightforward and the pedal assist feels very smooth and natural. Whether for commuting, running errands, or weekend rides, this bike offers fantastic value. I will definitely recommend Eskute to anyone looking for a reliable and affordable electric bike.

I had an issue with my front tire. I contacted Eskute and the customer service representative named Jade helped resolve my issue promptly. Eskute has been able to address any issues I have had with my E bike in a timely matter. Thank you team Eskute and thank you Jade for your help.

So I reached out via phone and email and through email I was helped by a Mark. He took care of the inner tube and also a new seat which he shipped both to me. No charge at all. I offered to pay for shipping however it was handled. Truly appreciate it.
