Despite our E-bike and the motor issues after the first day of receiving it, customer support was quick to make sure the replacement parts were sent out. Jade was great and was so great with getting back to me!!

First off, shipping was on time. The bike assembles easily, rides nice, has plenty of power, and a long battery life. Customer service also responded to a fairly technical question, with a quick reasonable answer. A positive experience all the way around. Also a great price point for what you receive.

Tina was phenomenal. The customer service is top notch. I had a problem with the throttle on my ebike and after a quick diagnostic procedure, it was bought to the conclusion that the throttle was bad. Tina quickly arranged for a new throttle to be shipped and it is currently on it's way. I purchase from Eskute again mainly because the customer service is always responsive. I emailed them in the evening and they responded early the next morning. I wish other companies were this good with their customers.

I ordered Eskute model T300 from Amazon. The trike came with a bent wheel. I reached out to Eskute directly to get a new wheel. Jill quickly responded to my email. After determining it was in fact a bent wheel, Jill sent a new wheel to replace the bent one. Jill was amazing!! Jill replied quickly and solved the issue without any hassle. Thank you, Jill for getting this taking care of.

After doing a lot of research for a good reliable E-Bike that didn’t cost a fortune we ordered this one. The shipping was fast & the packing was remarkable. My husband said It took longer to unpack it than put together. One feature that appealed to him was the extra shock absorption under the seat. The only issue he’s had was installing the battery as it didn’t want to click into the frame. After contacting customer service we found out it does snap in hard & you need to remove the key before installing it. They were quick to respond. We would recommend this bike to anyone that wants a solid quality bike. It probably is best suited to a larger person as it weighs a lot. So far my husband has put about 100 miles on it and gone up to 35 MPH.
