Perfect customer service.

We ordered two folding bikes and during assembly immediately noticed a manufacturing defect with one of the bikes that prevented it from folding. After numerous emails back and forth and trying several possible solutions that did not work, Zhou finally was able to get us the replacement part we needed. Zhou's dedication to getting the issue resolved was amazing and we couldn't be more pleased with the service. We can't wait for the opportunity to use the bikes in our travels.

Although new equipment failure can be unpleasant. But Jade took good care of my situation. That's how customer service is supposed to work.

I never owned an eBike prior to buying the Eskute M200F, but the bike appears to be well made and everything I was looking for. There was an issue with a warped front disc brake rotor which Tina and her staff worked with me to resolve. I have not had an opportunity to actually take the bike out for a ride yet, but hope to over the long 4th of July weekend where I will be pulling a pet trailer behind my new bike with my doxie inside.

Mark Chan was a big help with my needs of my bike T-300. He sent me a backup inner tube because I had a faulty seam. Then he also sent me the speedometer control box on the handle bar which was faulty as well.

I purchased a T300 Tricycle, and I am very happy with it but had one concern. I contacted the support team and they resolved my issue!! Excellent customer service!!

I want to thank the team Eskute for the great customer service they provided to me, especially to Jill for leaving a quick email responses. The delivery was fast. The problem was resolved even faster 10/10. Customer communication 10/10. This was a total great customer service experience to me.
