Eskute USReviews of eskute.com

Delivered on time, easy to assemble, long-lasting battery, great fun to ride.

No issues getting the bike and putting it together, and when I reported what I thought was an issue with the battery, Jade was quick to respond, was very helpful with providing some additional support links/videos and reassuring me that my ticket and warrenty would remain open when I come back 2 weeks later after working on the road. When I reseated the battery and turned the battery switch on while making a video of my issue to send in on my ticket, it worked and I was happy to report that my issues were resolved as it was a reseating the battery issue on my end. Jade was supportive and happy to hear back that my issue had been resolved with a happy outcome. Great response and professional service to the end. Thank you Jade!

Bella took care of my order, she sent me a fork replacement, very respectful!

I Love My Orange Trike But I have Not Received the Free Mirrors Yet Are They on The Way? Thank You So Much

Bought the D300 ebike.

The bike is awesome. I ordered during a very busy time, so it took a little while for customer service to respond. Overall, Id buy from them again.

Tina with eskute has been great getting us a couple replacement parts. Been super quick.

Had a small issue with the front caliper. They helped me resolve it with even video recorded from they're shop. Very helpful and responsive. Thank you Jade !
