Great communication. Great quality of e-bike. The only problem is, the bike is a bit too heavy for a 140-pound female to manage, but it is possible, just with a little bit of a struggle.

Amazing Company, my son loves his E Bike, as he says favorite gift ever. We did have an issue with the motor, and eskute took care of the problem, Jill was amazing during the process always responding and helping us get the sitiluation resolved. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for an Ebike.
