When my throttle broke, Zhou not only helped me get my throttle, but also refunded me a portion of the price when I accidentally overcharged.

The nice things about reviews is that it gives the consumer the opportunity to address the Good, The Bat and the Ugly about a product and the quality of the companies support team. I ordered 2 Eskute T300 PRO Trikes. After completing assembling them, I could not get either one to work. Oh yes. To say the least, initially, both my wife and I were very disappointed. At this point our only realistic option was to call customer support. Most people, including me, dread contacting customer support. Far too often, it turns out to be a hassle. Out of pure necessity, I bit the bullet and contacted Eskute Customer Support. I was totally surprised at how rewording this turned out. Jade, the Customer Service Agent that handled my situation was very knowledgeable, Forthcoming and intuitive. Initially, the only information I provided Jade was that I purchased 2 Trikes and neither one of them works. So, Jade prodded me for additional information. After I provided the requested information, It was found to be a lack of Operator Knowledge. There was virtually nothing wrong with the Trikes. I failed to understand how to turn on and engage the Peddle Assist Apparatuses. Thank you Jade for your kindness and for providing me with the information I needed to ride my trikes.

I was in need of a replacement part for my V100. I worked with Jade in customer service, and she dealt with the request promptly and accurately. The service was excellent, and it was a good experience. I appreciated the attention to my request.

The e-bike is everything it claims to be, but what has really impressed me has been Eskute customer service. A couple days after buying the bike, the kickstand snapped off. I reached out to Eskute and was connected with Simon, who was incredibly helpful. He asked for the order number and within days, a new kickstand is on its way. Great experience all around.
