Mark was very helpful. I received my trike and the rear axle was bent from inside, wheel wobbled and bike was not drivable. Mark assured me they would make it right. I was given a new bike at no additional cost. Received my new trike and enjoying it. Great customer support.

The trike is fantastic but I ran into some issues out of the box that were rectified to my satisfaction. Mark was responsive and addressed all of my concerns.

Great product for price, fast delivery, good custumer service. The only down side, the start up instructions were not clear in provided manuel. After reaching out, customer service provided a step by step procedure. Custumer service followed up with updated instructions.
