Customer service was great. Zhou helped me every step of the way. I had issues with my tires and Zhou immediately responded and made sure I received new set of tubes and tires. I was very happy how customer service communicated with me through this whole process.

We received an electric trike with a bent axle. Jade was more than helpful with guiding me through the process to video the issue and giving prompt attention to the matter. Communication was excellent, and we now have another bike on the way. Great customer service!

We purchased the combo sale ebikes M200. Mine was damaged during shipment by FEDEX. Zhou was very professional and helped me through the entire process. She expressed concerned that they were extremely busy and apologized for not getting back to me for a couple of days. I appreciate everything and would highly recommend. I am thankful they made the damage to my bike right and are making sure my replacement parts are here before we leave for our trip.

Amazing company, great quality ebikes, absolutely recommend their ebikes. I have not had a single issue with it. It has exceeded my expectation. 10/10 would recommend.

Jill went above and beyond not only to rectify the problem by sending TWO instead of ONE inner tube. Furthermore, she sent two rear view mirrors. She is what keeps companies going. Thank you, Jill! Keep up the great work!

The bike I bought was the V300. Good bike and comfortable.
