Eskute USReviews of eskute.com

Got the eskute nova x. Pretty solid i ride it on 5 foot jumps and it handles them very good. The frame is way better than the nova mini.

I was shipped an escute nova mini, and it had some issues, but my good freind Mark helped me out so much with the return process, overall amazing ng company and people just a couple small issues here and there

Zhou took great care of me sending a requested replacement part with kind diligence! Enjoying my C200 ST!

This is by far the best company I've dealt with. They resolve issues quickly, communicate clearly, and are always straightforward and honest. Their customer service has been excellent from start to finish. I highly recommend them!

They have help me in responding to one of my trike bike that had an issue with the axle.. The Company is very responsive and stand behind their products. Quality is great an price are awesome. Thanks you To JADE who has help me thru the process, I am very happy.

I like how the bike came relatively quickly, it's a good speed and I like the design. I would recommend this bike to anyone getting their first electric bike.

Excellent customer service from Tina!

(Jade) did an awesome job getting me my helmets and bikes here safely... We do appreciate your help, riding the e-bikes is easily one of the best parts of my week. Whether I am cruising effortlessly on a long road ride or taking on tougher terrain, having two distinct setups gives me the absolute best of both worlds. The smooth pedal assist makes every trip a total blast, turning tough hills into a breeze and transforming simple errands into genuine joyrides. Having that versatility parked in the garage means I always have the perfect ride ready to go! I will be back for another one😎😆 #onelifeonechance Wilkyout
