IFirst I had some trouble deciphering the User Manual. Bella was great in promptly clarifying the portions of the manual I had trouble with. In addition I had a problem with the seat which arrived slightly damaged but enough that I was unable to use the backrest. Every message regarding this issue has been handled promptly and to my satisfaction. I love my e-trike and highly recommend Eskute and applaud them on the quality of their customer srevice staff

I have had great customer service with eskute since I receive my bike. I got the M200F and obviously sometimes run into some issues with e-bikes and I’ve contacted customer service and they’ve resolved my problems and responded quick every time. There was an issue with my battery charger and it damaged my battery or something then wouldn’t charge and the battery is completely unusable now no matter what I tried. This time the customer service person named Simon, responded and the first respond he already has a replacement ready to ship for me. My bike is my commute to work so this is huge to have completely resolve my issue. I plan to get a dirt bike soon and it is without question I will go through eskute because I know they will have me covered if I ever run into any issues.
