I had a minor issue with a bike and worked with their customer service to resolve. I worked with Mark and he was extremely helpful. It can always be concerning when you purchase through Amazon but then have to deal directly with vendor to resolve. Mark made the experience positive and was very communicative.

I had a problem with my bike. Eskute answered my emails and offered a few different options. They sent me the part necessary to fix the problem and also sent a link about how to change the part. They have been very helpful in the past year that I have owned my bike.

Very satisfied by this company. My son's bike broke and they replaced it ! He was one happy camper

What your company did for me is unheard of in today's business world. My correspondence with Jade was nothing less than spectacular. She and your company stated in each response what they would do and they followed through exactly as proposed. I am a 74 yr old man that has had my share of dealings in my life, but this was by far the most pleasant experience I've ever encountered. The bike arrived quickly and in good condition. It was relatively easy to assemble but the instructions were a bit vague. Fortunately, the helpline and email help was very helpful. Overall, it was a good experience.
