The customer support from eskute is excellent, i want to thank jade for his fast, simple, response even tho it took a bit of a day back and fourth messages the company was very reponsive they sent me a new controller and unlike other no name amazon brands eskute beats them all, i also want to praise for the bikes they sell the value the range speed and quality amazing i paid 740 dollars for my eskute v200 what i loved the most wasnt just the speed or accleration but the suspension on bumps this is a total beast i ridden it for 114miles last week still holded up like a champ. Thanks jade for your simple reponse, no excuses, no delays, no long week of a message, just explain your problem, show evidence boom part shipped.

Love my bike got over 2600 miles on it. Recently had issues with bike and Jade helped me with my issues and got me back on my bike. Got 3 other e bikes and this eskute m200f outperforms others.

I purchased the C 300R ST and I was so happy with it that I actually bought another one for my boyfriend so we could ride together. The fat tire gives such a good ride and I feel safe if I’m in gravel or dirt. Customer service was great, and I would recommend anybody looking for an electric bike to buy one from Eskute.
