I am impressed. The warranty people responded quickly with no hassle. While somewhat difficult to assemble the bike has worked out to be better than expected. It seems like this company is willing to bend over backwards to do a good job. In my book, they deserve five stars. The only thing I would suggest, and I think this is already underway, is a more detailed assembly Manuel, and support documents for the power system. I'm very happy with my E bike. We would definitely buy from them again. Great company… Great bike!
