I have ordered a total of four eskute d200s for my family and everyone loves them so far. When needed, customer service has been responsive and super helpful. I will always recommend Eskute. My only complaint is the tires seem to be a bit warped on all four of our bicycles, the rim is good but the tire looks wobly when riding. It does not affect ride quality aside from the visual side from the rider. Assembly is quick and easy, you may have to adjust the brake calipers during setup though. Only one of my bikes did not need a caliper adjustment to correct rubbing.
