Eskute USReviews of eskute.com

Had a wonderful experience with this company. They went above and beyond my expectations, promptly responding to emails when I had an issue where my bike mirrors were damaged in transit. New ones are on their way, love the bike it is made SO well. I will say if you are of larger size, you may want to upgrade to the larger seat. Wishing I would have! But that's okay they have a larger and also a larger with a backrest which is probably what I'll be ordering next. Thank you guys for the wonderful support, I have nothing but respect for your products and the integrity you've shown throughout this process. Kudos!!

Bella with Eskute US has been so prompt and helpful. I have had a couple small things go wrong caused by my rider and she was quick to help us get his EBike back to tip top shape. I definitely recommend Eskute all around to anyone looking for an Electric dirt bike, from their excellent customer service to the quality of their bikes!

Great customer service responds quickly and sends parts when needed fast simon is very nice and helpful.

Eskute customer support (Avery) was awesome. I had an issue with my Eskute V300 bike because of some defective components. I reached out to Eskute support to address my concern, and I got a response within 24 hours. First, the handlebar clamp/stem was loose even when it was tightened enough. They recommended getting a shim for the clamp/stem and refunded me the amount. Secondly, while I was tightening the screws on the clamp/stem, a screw broke. I reached out to support again about it, and I bought a new clamp/stem. They also refunded me for it. Now I can use my bike again. I'm grateful to Eskute for helping with all my concerns and refunding me for all the parts I had to purchase. It was super easy to communicate with them. Get the parts you need, and they will pay you back to make sure you're satisfied. Thank you so much, Eskute!
