We had an issue with defective axel. Zhou went far and beyond to make this right. They replaced the whole bike and even sent me a phone case as mine was mislaid. We LOVE the bikes that we bought! We did have an accidental wheel come off but due to our building and not Eskute. We were able to go directly to the company to get a replacement part and expect to be out and about any day.
