Simon is outstanding! Because of his Customer Service our grandsons’ will continue to enjoy their Eskute T300 Mini e-tricycle. Simon provided timely and understandable instructions. We will definitely purchase your products in the future. We will recommend Eskute to all our friends. Thank you for the excellent customer service and for the timely delivery of the ordered parts. Thank You!

I have put about 150 miles on my D300 thus far. It is fairly compact-able and fits in the backseat of my BMW sedan. I had an issue where one of the pedals broke while riding, but Mark on the customer service team quickly sent replacement pedals. I also had an issue with the brakes, but once again Mark was very quick to help out, and sent a video that allowed me to fix the brakes in under 5 minutes. The bike itself is pretty good for the price. Acceleration on hills isn't great, but I am a pretty heavy guy. Additionally, the battery life isn't as good as expected, but I assume it would last much longer for individuals under 200 lbs. Overall, I would recommend the D300 for short commutes and getting around large college campuses, etc. Lastly, Mark on the customer service team has been incredibly helpful and deserves recognition for his outstanding contributions.

I cannot recommend exhume enough. My son is in love with the bike, the battery is very strong. He loves the speed. It is very durable and dependable. More than any of that the customer service is above and beyond. Zhou was very helpful. We previously bought a Heybike and had numerous issues and the heybike team ws zero help. Learn from my experiences and buy an Eskute!

Well I’m on my 3rd Eskute bike. First was mine a v300 then my wife a v100 then now my daughter v101. We love the bikes but more than that the customer service has been top notch. They are very quick to reply and very quick to respond. I highly recommend if your getting a bike check out Eskute !!!!

The reason why I needed to make a return was complicated. Simon was patient and understanding and clear with what he needed to help me and to make the process easy on me…. even though the mistake that started it all was my responsibility. I am very impressed with Simon and this company, I highly recommend Eskute! and by the way, I did get one of their bikes, and it’s awesome!!!

Tina was amazing, she helped me through getting my new parts. My C200 step over had 2 shot parts that I needed replacement of. I was given full clarity and explanation of the problem and was able to install when they came in. The process was very easy, the only issue was it took around 3 weeks just for me to receive my parts.
