My so was so excited for this bike. It came so quick to and not bad to put together. He had it about 2 days and got a puncture hole from a thorn. I contacted the company and they responded very quickly and are making things right. I really appreciate this team. Thank you so much for your help. I totally recommend this company.

Bella helped incredibly through the whole process, although I do believe the email customer service is outsourced to another country as replies were normally sent between 1:00am-4:00am. Still, everyone was very helpful and I got my problem fixed!
