I’m pushing 85 years old, in poor physical health, have balance problems and I’m trying to keep my legs in good shape for this Christmas. It will be my 50th year of doing the Santa thing.Because of my balance, I decided to go with the Eskute T300. It was a wise decision, I love this trike. I have had it for about 6 months now, I’ve put over 1,000 miles on it. I ride 15-16 miles every morning except Sunday. I did have a slight mechanical problem with it and customer service extremely helpful with that. I must say that Zhou in the service department was not only a great help but also very patient and courteous with this old man. We did buy a second Eskute bike for my wife, as well as, influence a couple neighbors to do the same. Very happy with the Eskute company and its customer service department.

Really happy with this bike and company so far. It arrived with a couple minor scratches on the handlebars and the front brake was bent, but Eskute’s customer service took care of it immediately. They shipped me a replacement brake through Amazon and I had it the very next day. They also offered me a free set of mirrors for the cosmetic scratches, which I thought was a really nice gesture. As for the bike itself, it’s very cool, feels solid, and has been exactly as advertised. And for anyone wondering — yes, I’ve gotten it up to 28 mph. 😄

All around a excelente ebike. Settings do need to be adjusted for optimal battery consumption but I have no complaints. Thanks.

Great all around bike. I road over 60 miles on dirt roads only. I had zero issues with my bike.

I had an issue with my Eskute Nova X charger, but the warranty process was entirely seamless. A huge thank you to Jade in customer service! She provided excellent, fast, and helpful communication, resolving my problem right away without any hassle. It is rare to find customer service this good after a purchase. Highly recommend!

They agreed to craft me a new key after i lost both of mine mine and helped sort my technical difficulties with shipping restrictions to new york. Thank you guys

The delivery was very fast. Directions for assy were sketchy in places but at least there was a video and so far has worked out ok very pleased so far but still learning the ins and out of electric bikes.
