Everything went smooth and well. Had a little trouble with the local network supplier. But customer support is very reactive and caring.

Easy to install (no need for another phone), crazy cheap and with fast internet. This is by far the best travel eSIM I’ve used. I got it for a trip in Europe and had no issue with installing or activating. They have a webpage were you can check your consumption in real time and if needed top up. Truly can’t tell if there is a catch but would definitely recommend and use it again.

It was cheap but running well, but on 3rd day it gave me a 2GB alarm and at the same time I couldn't connect to my hotel wifi anymore, I was wondering why? On the 5th day my esim just disappeared, I sent an email to them and got replies within an hour, they wanted me to check this and try that, whatever. I wrote I'm on travelling and no time to do all these steps they told me to do. I asked " can you give me a new esim instead of asking me to work like an engineer? " they replied " no way for that option". I had to remove this esim and bought a new one from Thirr. Once I removed their esim and was able connect to my hotel wifi again. This is a terrible esim horror for me. Never again for any prices.

Hi there, An eSIM going missing partway through a trip is awkward at the best of times, and worse when you are moving between cities and need a decision in minutes. We put you in that position, and we sincerely regret it. Neither part of what you describe is how an eSIM usually behaves. A profile that has worked for days does not normally disappear from a device, and an eSIM has no path to your hotel wifi in the first place. We see this very rarely, which is a solid reason to find out what actually happened on your line. We would like to put this right. Got a plan for Iceland. Unlimited data for 7 days for 21 Can$. Got the confirmation right away and installed the esim with no issues. Started the plan when I enabled the data in Iceland. Coverage was a breeze everywhere. I will use esim.dog again! Especially when comparing price with all other esim providers.

I bought an unlimited eSIM plan from esim.dog, but it only worked for 4 days before the data stopped working completely. Advertising this plan as "unlimited" is misleading. I relied on it during my trip and was very disappointed. I cannot recommend this service

Hi El Mehdi, Four days in and then nothing at all is a bad position to be in, especially on a plan bought precisely so that connectivity would not need thinking about. We're sorry it went that way. Two separate things sit behind your review. WorldPass runs on a fast-data allowance that differs from country to country, and the size of that allowance is published on the plan. Once it is spent, the line is meant to carry on at a reduced speed, and our own page says exactly that. A plan that goes silent altogether is a different matter, and it is the part we want to look into.
