Italy eSIM did jot work
I got Italy 2 week eSIM. It did not work at all. I contacted whatsapp support number. They suggested multiple options. But they were unable to resolve the problem. In the end they refunded my purchase.

I paid money but received nothing.
I paid money but never received confermation email with eSim card.

Couldn't get it to work
Couldn't get it to work. So I ended up buying a different Sim from another company that was data only. So I wasted my money on it. It was a US and Canada Sim card. I tried it out in the US at first, and it worked. When I crossed the border into Canada nothing I could do made it work.

Internet was so bad it was unuseable
Internet was so bad it was unuseable. Impossible to browse the web. Location was Los Angeles. Refund was fast and without issues.

It is not possible to make calls via…
It is not possible to make calls via mobile phone. Only via the Internet. Also, the phone with the eSim cannot be used as a hotspot for my laptop. I am disappointed.

Dear Gregor Schuba, Thanks for your feedback and sorry about the situation. The plan you purchased is allowed to call USA number, but not international number. (Were you trying to call Germany number? Please kindly let us know.) I guess the text in the product description might have been a bit small, so you may not have noticed it. The mobile hotspot is available for USA with 3G speed only, which is very slow. We’ll try to adjust the page layout to ensure customers don’t have any misleading expectations.
