Should be 10 stars!! Just bought tickets to a game and Eseats was simple and easy. Plus had the best price. The owner even reached out to make sure everything was good. Great website. They assist thru the whole process. Coming back tomorrow. Nice to know there is an alternative to the big players, for a better price.

Covid has really made it hard on everyone involved in live music performances this year. I had tickets to see BareNaked Ladies at the Mountain Winery in CA, and the tour was at first postponed, then cancelled due to Covid restrictions. Eseats was caught between the customer (me) and the tour company who handles the band's gigs, and for several months the tour had only been "postponed" (until next year!), which meant that eseats.com could not give me a refund. Just today, Bob contacted me and informed me that I have received a full refund! It took a while, but I am super happy with Bob and Debbie's commitment to getting this right.

Due to covid our trip from Ireland for the Kentucky Derby had to be postponed and subsequently cancelled. Through the whole process Bob & Debbie have been excellent communicating with me by e mail and telephone in real time. So reassuring and would give them 10/10 for customer service and communication. We ll definitely use their service again ( hopefully in 2021 if the world get back to normal )

Bucket List - Attend Kentucky Derby. Search for tickets, found eSeats.com - great price and even better service. Bob and Debbie went out of their way to answer questions quickly (at any time of day). Hello - COVID-19. Goodbye - 2020. So many unexpected challenges this year - with the Derby rescheduled, Bob to the rescue. I can't drink mint juleps in September - so Bob helped me consign the tickets. Derby with no-fans. Bob to the rescue again. While rescheduling and cancelling so many events, eSeats definitely felt the impact, however their customer service continued to exceed expectations. Debbie and Bob - make it their business to ensure you have the VERY best experience, no matter what. Thank you!!

I purchased a ticket to the Kentucky Derby from eseats. Their customer service was fantastic and answered every question I asked. Unfortunately, the event is now closed to spectators so my order was cancelled. The refunded me within 2 days.

Top Notch! Bob is the Best at what he does! And getting personal service back into You. I’m going to 2021 Kentucky Derby because of Bib’s attentive Goid work. Trust and Business work hand in hand with Eseats! Hub Kennady

The team at eSeats provided me with an excellent level of customer service. They were quick to respond to enquiries and advised me appropriately where needed. I will most definitely be using them again in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy some tickets.

Excellent experience working with Bob and his team. Straightforward conversations, thoughtful suggestions as you specify more precisely what you’re looking for, and always, always pro-active follow up. Especially in this changing virus period, Bob looks out for his customer’s interest. I heartily recommend.
