Always easy and a pleasure to deal w/eseats.com !! Bob and his staff are there for you 24/7. Bought a pair of Broadway tickets a few years back on a Saturday night 15 minutes prior to the show. Thanks again, guys !

ESeats is A SCAM! I booked tickets and paid 300$, they call me and ask to sign a document - we do it. Next morning, they call us and tell us are tickets are cancelled and we would be refunded. Now, we have no refunds and Bob says our tickets were never cancelled and it isn't his responsibility. I have call recordings and proof. SCAM COMPANY STAY AWAY

Simply not true. The client placed their order on March 29th and received their tickets via email two hours later for the game taking place on March 31st. The client received their tickets a full 2 days before their game. On this order we required the signature of the credit card holder since the name submitted on the order did not match the name on the credit card. Once we received the signature from the card holder via DocuSign authorizing the purchase, we processed the order. No scam!

We bought tickets for the Miami Open tennis tournament from eseats. Bob is fabulous, he is very professional, courteous and efficient. I greatly appreciated it when you stayed on the phone with me to ensure that our credit card went through. Our seats were perfect and our tickets arrived two days before the event. We had a fantastic time at the open. The weather was sunny and breezy and the venue at the Miami Open was colorful and pretty! It was so much fun seeing our favorite tennis stars play in person! Thank you again Bob for making our experience at the Miami Open fun and memorable. Jon & Beverly Meyer Fort Lauderdale, Florida

Very impressed with this website and service. I was having trouble getting the finished checkout link through. Asked the virtual speaker and got an actual call from someone right away. He was going to put the sale through with my CC and I jokingly asked if it was a real site. Well to my surprise, I was talking to the owner! Bob was extremely helpful and stayed on the phone until I got it right. Who does that today!! He also explained how the pricing on these sites work which was a lesson learned. I will continue to use Bob's site from now on.

I just went to my first F1 race. I was a total novice and didn't know anything about the track, where to sit or what to expect. Im glad I stumbled onto eSeats. The sales agent has been there and walked me through everything. We just had an awesome experience. Highly recommend

Been a tennis fan for a long time but never had an opportunity to go to a major tennis event. A search online brought us to eSeats. We connected with Bob from eSeats via phone. My wife and I were able to get some fantastic seats and prices for the BNP Paribas quarterfinals last Thursday. We were so happy with the quarterfinals match, we reached out to Bob for tickets for the semifinals on Friday. He was able to help us get into great seats in the Luxury Suites at a great price. The suites were really great, and that's the way to go! This has been a wonderful experience for us. Wished we had found eSeats years ago. Bob is professional, courteous, and accommodating. He is the Jerry Maguire for this industry. Will be passing along our experiences to friends, family, and colleagues. Thanks again for what you do, Bob!

My wife and I had an incredible experience with eseats.com, and really enjoyed the entire experience at Indian Wells. The ticket buying experience was seamless and easy.
