BEWARE WHEN YOU BOOK YOUR TICKETS
BEWARE WHEN YOU BOOK YOUR TICKETS. I went to book 4 tickets to the Waste Mgmt Phoenix Open in Feb. and when ordering, the site timed-out only to tell me "session timed-out and/or tickets are not available. Please make another selection". It did it again and the third time my selection went through and I received confirmation (on the site - not by email; actually, still have never even received any confirmations to my email). Found out the next day from my credit card company - that three separate charges for $1244 went through - $3732!!! Bob (the CEO) tried to get the supplier to refund the other two transactions, but they refused. I even contacted them myself to try (three times with no response). Bob graciously offered to put the additional 8 (unauthorized) tickets on consignment and waive the 15% fee - haven't sold them yet, but hopefully will get my money back that way and the supplier (TicketEvolution.com) will be getting a very unpleasant review from me!!!! Bob was great though in helping me as much as he could.

Dear Linda, thanks for your nice comments. We have not seen this issue before and my guess is when your credit card company put a hold on the first charge this caused your browser to "time out" when submitting your order. From our end the order for the three groups of 4 tickets came through as normal which for golf events like the WMO it's not uncommon to receive orders for 8 or more tickets. This is why your order did not raise any red flags. The orders were approved and confirmed by our supplier and nothing was held up. Unfortunately, once an order is confirmed with the exchange, they are not obligated to cancel the order which in this case they chose not to do. In any case, we have listed your unwanted extra tickets on consignment and have agreed to waive our 15% consignment fees for helping you do this. Best regards, Bob
