Awesome experience after talking to so many scammers. I am an RN and my dog is a service dog. Julie was awesome with ESA, as was Dr. Clarizio. Service was excellent in every way by ESA and the Doctor! I am so happy I stayed with this Company, as they actually know each state's laws. Ten star service!

The staff was very friendly and easy to work with. Unfortunately, the staff member that was initially assigned to me never contacted me. After raising this to ESA Pet, they assigned another staff member, who also didnt contact me in a timely manner. It was only after pressing ESA that they had until the following day to solve the situation or refund the fee did the clinician finally contact me.
