Overall, a good product for the money. Some of the boxes arrived with small damages from transport, two or three items were bent but everything could be straightened and re-used. The mechanism for opening and closing the roof could be better.

I ordered an electric fireplace TV stand with adjustable shelves… I received the fireplace portion but no stand, yesterday (21st). Quick shipping and I will update my review if customer service gets back to me and the rest of my item comes asap. ———-UPDATE—- stand received (although I wasn’t notified pieces would be shipped separately) but multiple pieces of wood are broken and all but one of the glass panels are shattered. So far customer service has been responsive. Will update further once this next piece is resolved —-UPDATE—— 5/29/25 I was told the specific pieces I needed would be shipped to me! Will update my review one last time once I receive the replacement parts and put everything together! Update —- 6/5/25 Received a whole new stand vs just the specific parts I needed. All parts were brand new and none were damaged! I appreciate the customer service following through and communicating with me throughout. It was a bit tedious to put together but instructions were pretty clear. Now I have to figure out how to dispose of the rest of it! Thank you!

Really, 4 3/4. Quick shipping. Easy to put together. Color listed as light blue, picture looked more light teal. It was light teal, the color I wanted. One clip broke on the table when we put it together.

The swing set is very well made, and it arrived on time. The instructions are not very good, but you can make it work with a little planning. The price was very good. We have six grandkids under the age of 4, we think it is going to work great.

Pros are the item is just like pictures and came in fast. Cons are it does not come with a tarp to set up on top of and think it should especially if you’re spending that amount of money. The last negative is the bag could be made of better quality.

Fast shipping was great. Having a problem with air valve can't close it off without 40% deflation. Sent a email to sevice@erommy last night and don't have a response yet for my issue? David

The instructions were good for the most part and quality of pieces was good. I ran out of wooden pegs but I didn't count them before I started. Was able to continue without them. There was a knot in a support board that made the board break when I screwed into it. Again I was able to continue. The house is very cute and my granddaughter loves it!
