Order #EY633954 12x16 lean to patio gazebo with adjustable galvanized roof, hard top with full metal frame outdoor pergola was purchased in May 2025 because it was marketed as sturdy construction withstands snow weight and prevents buildup. The first snow was 1-3 inches in November and December 2025 and the weight of the snow caused the patio cover to bow in the middle. A refund was requested because we live where it snows and the company offered $100 then offered to provide a pole to be put in the middle when the product is not marketed with a pole in the middle. Multiple emails were sent requesting full refund and the most recent email was sent February 18, 2026 requesting a full refund of the purchase price and the $600 paid to assemble. It also arrived missing a box which also had to be requested. This product is not suitable for snow as advertised. The company has not agreed to the refund and still markets the product for use with snow. The bowed condition is unsafe for anyone to be standing underneath it if it collapses as well as it can damage any furniture underneath it, which is why I want my refund. It is permanently bowed and and heavier snows are possible. I am very dissatisfied with the product and the customer service response. The unsafe condition should be illegal to market in certain regions.

The rfor the bolt holes in the house for the wall mounted pergola are about 4 inches too short! I will have to remove what I have done and re-anchor the pergola to my house so that the screens will fit. I checked everything and am 4 inches out of square on the sides! I can fix it but it won't be easy and will take time. Not happy about this but the pergola seems pretty nice. You should not provide dimensions in hundreths of inches....nobody has a tape measure that does that! Also should better detail where the side triangles should attach to the upper beam and pre-drill holes as the "self-tapping" screws are a pain so I drilled pilot holes myself.

The return policy is not clearly shown and makes it seem like a consumer-friendly 60-day return, which is not the case. Read the return policy. Its the small hyperlink that you can barely see. Trust me.

My order was for a 10 x 13 galvanized hardtop roof pergola. Received the product in very good time. going through all the parts, I found two of part number B2, should have been only one and I had a missing part number B9. I initially sent an email but with no response in two days I called customer service line. No answer with a recording that said to call back during PST 12 PM to 10 PM. I received a call back the following day, explained the situation and was told I would be receiving an email from customer service with directions on next steps. Five days later with no email from customer service other than this request for a survey, I call again but was told to call during the hrs mentioned above. It was 1:30 PST, waited 15 minutes, called again with the same message. Sent another email to customer service. Next day called again and was able to leave a voice mail message. A day later i received a call asking about my inquiry. I went through the details aging and requested replacement of a B9 for a B2. Again, I was told that customer service would send an email within two days requesting the information. It has now been 2+ weeks and no response. I had the almost completed pergola laying on my deck, so decided to go ahead and modify the R3 part to fit the B2 part in lieu of ever getting the B9 required part. Pergola is up now. Customer service was nonexistent except for two phone calls that got me nowhere. The pergola was easy to put together and does look nice. Like the product.

The product is of extremely low quality; it arrived with broken parts. More parts broke during installation. Furthermore, the customer service is terrible; they only respond to one message per day and ultimately provide no resolution.

I wish I could give a minus star review! I purchased a sauna for my husband for Christmas. We have now received 2 boxes with broken glass. I tried to return it and they told me I would need to return the remaining boxes at my cost and I would lose 20% for a return fee. Now the glass is on backorder for another 2 months. It will be May or June by the time I receive the replacement and that is if I can get the glass with no damage. Don't purchase from this company!!

I’m 17 days in on this saga. Everything started out ok. We were recommended a suana that some friends of ours had purchased. It arrived with no visible damage to packaging or its contents. After assembling it I noticed a decent sized gap in the panel above the door frame (big enough to see through). We powered up the unit and it took forever to heat to 140° and once inside I knew why. You could feel air drafting in from around the bottom of the glass door. I tried to adjust the magnetic closure to get the door the seal but it didn’t help. I immediately reached out to customer service and provided pictures. They offered a measly $80 “refund” and asked that I fix it myself. That wasn’t sufficient so they offered to ship a new door frame which arrived so badly damaged that I refused delivery! Now they’re unwilling to offer a return or refund! Do not do business with Erommy! It’s been a back and forth of excuses and slow replies. They only respond once a day and usually overnight (China?). They reply to this review like they don’t have any knowledge of it. Erommy, you can contact Elsie and she has all of the info and pictures. It’s March 21st and Erommy has not responded to any emails in over a week.
