Good product, no missing parts, fast delivery....some slight dent damage in shipping. Shorter than I would like, had to use risers.

Delivery was timely.Most of the boxes were partially open, which was not the fault of the shipper. Have not had the opportunity to open all the boxes as yet.

Product received was as described. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. I'm 76 years old and my wife and I assembled the Gabezo in two days. We did need assistance from our adult son when assembling the legs to the crossmembers but otherwise we assembled the Gazebo ourselves.

The tent was sturdier than I was expecting and was easy to set up. There was a problem with one of the pipes but was replaced upon request.

I ordered a $3k+ gazebo via Amazon. All of the boxes arrived, albeit with many damaged or bent parts. The person I paid to assemble it pushed through and straightened what he could to assemble most of it. However, he is missing a piece to the door, and the rest of it cannot be assembled, so my gazebo doesn't have all its doors. Unfortunately, we are at a dead stop if we don't get the missing piece, and EROMMY has NOT responded to my emails, and their phone just hangs up over and over, and over. EXTREMELY disappointed. I, like most of you, looked at the reviews here after the fact because I trusted Amazon. UPDATE: After about a month of correspondence and waiting, I was finally sent the part and screws I requested to complete my gazebo. So, I am changing my rating from 2 stars to 4.

I purchased a 10x13 gazebo. The unit ids well built and I was pleased with its construction. I did have multiple pieces that were bent or had damage to the coating though they were well packed. It was obvious to me that the damage occurred prior to shipping. The supplier insisted that it was damage that occurred during transportation and stated I should have purchased shipping coverage. This seemed like a poor way to do business. You may a fair value for the product that claimed free shipping. To be just include this option in price of product. The instructions were pictures which is ok. However I ran into a problem putting on some roof panels which required dismantling and doing a layer step: first. Instructions state that assembly requites four people. I see a need for no more than two. This 74 year actually did the whole project by myself. This did require some creative thinking! Putting on the roof main support and roofing would have been much easier with a second person

The delivery of product was on point…received it in matter of days. However, haven’t put it together yet. Hope it’s not too difficult!
