We haven’t received our order that was due to be delivered last week. Customer service has not returned email and phone is not currently answering.

Took several days after I paid to tell me the item I ordered was out of stock which was annoying because if I knew earlier I could have ordered from somewhere else in time for an upcoming event I needed the item for.

Can't score less than 1 star if I could I would. Made a $2000 purchase of a pergola. When product was about to ship the measurements we a 10x20, I ordered a 11x13. I have called and written incessantly, to no avail. Must be a company without people??? I have requested shipping of the incorrect product to stop, but no!!! I keep getting shipping notices ? I have asked for a refund. No response!! Did my money go into the abyss?

We ordered a six-piece outdoor furniture set from Erommy, and it has been a terrible experience from start to finish. The box arrived badly damaged, and several pieces of the furniture — including the sofa and a couple of chairs — were damaged as well. We tried multiple times to call customer service and could never get through to anyone. After emailing the company, they claimed they were sending replacement parts, but instead they sent us a random chair that doesn’t even match the furniture set we originally purchased. The customer service is extremely poor, and resolving the issue has been frustrating and disappointing. I continue to get emails stating that what they sent me was correct, it is not. If you see a “good deal” on this site, keep scrolling and do not buy from this company. You may regret it.

Very disappointed in your customer service.  It makes me think that there are a lot of problems with this shelter cover. And basically, you just seem to blow them off. Telling me, the customer to sew the heavy tarp that came damaged. I hope I have luck with getting it sewed and finding somebody to do it with the right tools. I really think that customer service is the foundation for a company and owning companies myself, I'm not sure how you have managed for so long. Best of luck!!! Your people were borderline rude. And I paid the $35 xtra for the protection service and that was a load of bull also. They told me to come to you. Buyer beware! I would encourage people to go to Shelter Logic for the same product and real customer service. I wish I had. Stephanie Salsano

The girl that I received came with instructions, however they're very difficult to follow. Material is very thin and very pliable. I would not recommend this product. The best part of the value is the cost, but I believe you're paying more in the long run for a product that you can't assemble and will not last you very long if you do. And it's very odd. They don't put their name on it so that you cannot contact them. However, I got their name from the third-party distributor that they used to sell their product.

If you are looking for accessories, parts for Erommy products don't bother and if you are looking for customer service it is non-existent. Purchased a louvered pergola in 2023 which was not cheap in price. Need a new mosquito netting. Went on line and found nothing. Tried calling customer service number. Recording stated that if calling during business hours (Pacific time) and if not connected to a person to leave a message. Well I called during business hours and no connection to a person, was going to leave a message and was disconnected. This happened 4 times. Tried using that chat option to no avail. Message indicated to contact customer service. I sent an email and did get a response that I needed the model number. I bought this in 2023 and did not have the model number. Reply back was basically we can't help you. I also tried purchasing on their site a winter protection cover. The site showed a sales price and regular price. When I went to check out the regular price kept showing up. Tried calling customer service again, and same issue. Used the chat and response was you have to check another box to get the sales price. So again confusing for the customer and misleading by them. I didn't purchase the item as their checkout is just as confusing as their site and pricing. Would never recommend them or their products to anyone.
