We purchased a grill gazebo 6 by 10 order # 112-8413472-0789805 We started putting it together and got half way done and the one part was missing a rivet piece which we are in stand still mode with out part so contacted them personally and they are aware of it they said some one would contact us by email with in 24 hours It’s been more than 24 hours and no response We do like the product but unhappy with the quality of service Please have someone contact us asap

I bought a 10 x 13 umbrella 2 days ago and it was listed as not having a base included. I called to confirm with customer service and they repeated i need to buy a Base as a separet $184 item. I ordered the base, but when the umbrella arrived it has a perfect base for my deck. Now i'm having major issues trying to return the extra $184 base. customer support phones dont work and emails dont get answered. I'm in the process of going through the BBB and a credit card dispute for the base. Dont buy from them. They finally returned the item after the 8th day of answering questions and sending pictures.

Please know that this umbrella is only used with a foundation so that it does not fall over easily. Anyway, at your request, we have taken care of returning the foundation at no cost to you.

I bought an erommy hard top swing. It blew over and two of the polycarbonate panels broke. I have tried for months to find someone at Erommy to tell me how to replace them. I have sent many emails and tried the phone number that only has an answering machine. As of June, I still haven't gotten ANY help. Consequently, the swing looks terrible and I am an unhappy customer. Erommy replied to my review asking me to contact them, but without any contact information. Still hoping....
