Excellent buy! great product and quick delivery (via Fedex).

The website is very well done and informative. It was very easy to find a sauna that fit our needs. The pricing on the website was much lower than other websites for the same item. I ordered it on Saturday and received it the following Friday. Very well packaged. Extremely easy to assemble and appears to be well made. The user manual and assembly instructions were easy to understand with lots of pictures. The sauna works well and we're hoping for many years of relaxing in and enjoying the sauna.

Great shipping resulting in no damage. Easy to assemble with two tools. Took about 14 hours working alone. I would recommend this product.

I was really surprised at the speed for delivery as the poor FedEx driver didn’t have any help and the delivery was as stated 7 business days…even during the <11 inches of snow! I haven’t had a chance to assemble the gazebo yet however, the first thing I would suggest is the company place a sticker on the box that has the instructions in it. This way I could study while waiting for the deep thaw.
