Well, let me tell you... This is a story of love lost. I was looking for a particular product... I found it on there web site ( BTW really bad, 1st clue. ... ) order the product. Shipping address was wrong, then got it fixed., then... Waited for the shipping confirmation 2 weeks later... & Nope... Email them... A fairly quick response. ... Out of stock.. want to replace it with something I didn't want.. email back what I wanted.. no response... So sent an email again please refund my money... No response... AGAIN!!!!! ( FYI ) Can't cancel your order on this site.... Stay as far away as you can..

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! We got a gazebo as a gift a 10x13, after opening it and tearing the box apart we discovered that there was no hardware. We spent 5 hours with customer service, emails, online Facebook messages and such to try and get the hardware We were told sorry we can't send it to you. They then said contact where it was purchased from, we did that. The place where it was purchased from tried sending emails and even called them and couldn't get a response. Do not buy , their customer sucks and they do nothing to help customers out!

I in formed you that an error has occurred on the purchase of an octagon gazebo the items was financed through shop pay in which was paid to Erommy in full plus another payment of $1,784.99 was taken from my debit card you pretended that I placed two orders when I have no need for a second gazebo I emailed Erommy to stop the second shipment in time but you continue with the shipment they tell me I can send it back but at my own expense plus a 20% restored fee of the item and you will give me a $50 store credit This is a fraud and I will report this company Erommy to the proper authority This is insane that you steal money from customer This is my experience with Erommy And you deserve no star

I purchased a gazebo. It came with no instructions or parts list. I called the company I bought it from to no avail. So I hired a contractor to put it together after I finally found a manual on line. Well now we have roof parts missing and it’s half built! No customer service number to call and I’m getting no help from the vendor that sold it to me! Wishing someone would help

Thr first sign of trouble was that Erommy does not have a phone number, this is email customer service....and they respond back every two days, there is no live person to speak to....my gazebo had 4 defective parts and i have waiting for weeks for replacements, i have been emailing back and forth for weeks with no solution, any company that does not have a live person to speak to is a red flag, it means that they have a lot of dissatisfied customer and dont want to hear all the customer complaints.....its quite possible not to get anything resolved and lose money and get ripped off, stuck with a useless gazebo...they still have a chance to correct this, i dont want to lose the time and effort i put into constructing this thing or to put it in a box for refund....anyway its hard to get your point accross in an email....they can just ignore it

Terrible customer service. I ordered two lounge chairs. They sent the wrong color. Made the return process extremely difficult. They asked me to accept $50 just to keep a product i didn’t order or want.

Terrible. Absolutely terrible. Only got 3 out of 4 boxes, the 4th was lost amd we got it 3 days later. Parts were bent and damaged amd their customer service sucks and you can't get a hold of anyone. Pay 1k for a gazebo, if something goes wrong ...good luck, you are on your own

The customer service is nonexistent they sent the wrong curtains I bought the 10x13 gazebo and the curtains are a foot short on the 13’ side! erommy told me they only handle the after-sales of orders from erommy I replied by saying this is an after sales problem and I never got a response from them it took three calls to customer service to get the one reply from them
