Expectations Exceeded
I wanted to write this to let everyone know the lengths Erommy was willing to go to help me repair my 12 X 24 pergola that I purchased from them during the summer of 2024. As everyone knows the damage hurricane Helene caused when it came through South Carolina in late September. Well we experienced first hand. I won’t bore you with all the details but our pergola was thrown on to our house, it then slid down our roof back down onto our porch doing quite a bit of damage to it. I contacted Erommy explaining what had happened. They walked me through the ordering process so I could purchase the parts to make the needed repairs. I received the parts in late December. Since it was dead of winter I stored the carton (unopened) and waited for spring. In mid March I started the repair and all went well until I started to install the louvers. The louver in the carton were about 12 inches too short. I again contacted Erommy and explained my situation. Just as before they were more than helpful correcting the error in just a few days. They have exceeded all my expectation and I could not be happier that I chose them when I decided to purchase my pergola.
