I have only received 1/7 boxes and mailed company 4 times with no response.

In June 2024, I purchased a 10x20 pergola from wayfair and wanted to order shutter walls. Wayfair sent wrong shutter walls and needed help from Erommy. No customer service or response from erommy. Wayfair couldn't reach any persons but left emails and opened a case. 4 weeks later And several attempts contacting Erommy and no response. I have never heard of a company without contact phone numbers. Seems a bit sketchy. My order number is from wayfair is 4245677341. My wayfair order is 10 digits, not 9 digits. Hopefully someone will get help from this post. I didn't. Mr.Rutledge

In the middle of assembly I realized a piece was missing. I sent several emails asking for the missing piece to be sent to me with no response. Very frustrating because there is no customer service phone number.

I can’t seem to get customer service to respond to my emails! So frustrating!!!!

I purchased a 5 piece patio set on May 11th of this year. The table is warping in the middle. I contacted the company early August to advise them of the issue. I was advised on 8/14/24 to send in photos by email which I sent to them on the same day. I have attempted to contact them by email using the address that I was provided with numerous times since then and have been ignored every time. I don't understand how customers can be ignored in the manner. If I did this at my job I would be fired. I will never buy anything from this company again.

Dissatisfaction with the service I’ve received regarding my recent purchase. The instructions provided were extremely limited, and specific details were nonexistent, making the assembly process challenging. I have emailed multiple times seeking additional information, assistance with assembly, and to report damage that occurred upon delivery. Unfortunately, I have not received any response to my inquiries.

I ordered a gazebo 20 feet by 10 feet and I received 7 boxes, one box appeared missing. Erommy told me the missing box was going to be sent to me. When I opened the boxes I noticed that Erommy sent me the wrong size item. I received a 10x by 12x gazebo instead of a 20 x 10 feet gazebo I paid about 2300 dollars. I communicated this to Erommy and now I am waiting for a resolution.
