EROMMYReviews of erommy.com

The picture looks deceiving. It looks like it fits a person inside, but it’s not. Why would you make something like this when you can’t even go inside. I was disappointed. Can’t return it, so it went to trash.

I waited a whole month for my shipment. I tracking It said that the item was shipped back to the company. I tried reaching out no answer.send an email no answer. I’m very disappointed about this company. Still waiting for a response.

Still no answer from your team We are sorry to say that we do not have any parts in our warehouse at this time. We have to ship the replacement parts from our overseas factories, which takes longer time. We have urged our factory to prepare and ship the parts to you as soon as possible. Once shipped, we will email you a tracking number. Thank you for your patience in this matter. answer from erommy.

Horrible horrible!!! DO NOT USE I repeat DO NOT USE.. No CUSTOMER SERVICE # just some person name ELSIE that u have to email.. i brought a 10×20 pergola with pull down shades from them spent almost 5k in which i paid upfront.... they sent the order wrong.. they did NOt send the legs for it to stand on. And they sent the wrong Size roof blades so that I could not close and open the top. Well I contacted customer service thinking that it's a number to speak to someone..well it's NOT u have to EMAIL them and they take 1 or 2 days to respond. Once I took many pictures of boxes after over a week of back and forth they sent me replacements but that took another 3 weeks.... as of NOW I had a major storm and one of my pull down shades get destroyed all I asked for was for them to send me another pull down shade and that I would pay for it.. this horrible company told me that my 60 day warranty was up and it's nothing that they can do and that we are sorry for the inconvenience. I told them my 60 day warranty is not up because u sent me the wrong order to begin with and I had to wait an additional 3 weeks before I could even put my pegula together. This company is horrible!! I will be seeking a lawyer because u can't take customers money and give such horrible customer service and saying the shipping of your shade costs 350 and that I am out of warranty. It's such BS please SAVE yourself and your family the headache they should not be in business!! Use Hanso they may be a little more money but u GET what u pay for!!! I so damn mad right now 😠 I am not the person who writes reviews but I could not just remain silent and be taken advantage of... so I repeat DO NOT BUY FROM them!!!! I will be posting this review everywhere until I get my shade from them.

I was informed by FedEx that every box was delivered, but that wasn't the case. I'm currently missing one box, which is labeled as box 5 out of the 6. I've emailed and called and haven't received a response.

My purchase arrived with missing pieces and an instruction book with no instructions. Looks like a printing error. I emailed and didn't receive an answer. Then after a couple more emails I got a response on how I was contacted. Well I don't know where. I can't find it. And in the response telling me i was contacted I was also told a diagram was attached. Well no attachment no diagram. I really didn't want to give u such a low score, but u deserve it!!!

I have written several messages and emails asking about an order placed and not shipped without having received a response. Temu #PO-211-09402576502310901

Sent a box with the used chair in it without all the pieces and I have not heard back yet on my second attempt to try to get my money back or send back the package
