Very upsetting two parts were missing? Didn’t very much customer service. I had to file file claim for parts that’s never received. I don’t understand why your team could file the claim and get me my parts. I put the claim several weeks ago and according to the insurance your team is not responding to them. I am still for my parts. Very frustrating

We ordered your 12 x 16 White Pergola with screens thinking it would be a relaxing spot to hang out in. The building of the pergola was not too bad until we go to the part of installing the Screens. Parts on three of the screens were broken and we are unable to put them on. My husband sent pictures immediately of the problem. The way that these screens are broken makes us think that we need all new screens and hardware. Your company assured us that we just need new hardware, and it will work. We have been waiting several weeks for these parts and are hoping that once we get them it is an easy fix. If not, then we would expect them to send us new screens and hardware. We had planned ahead and purchased this pergola early so that we would have it ready for our Spring and Summer Season to enjoy and relax. Can you please update me and send me the tracking information for our replacement parts. Our order number was #EY631657. No one has gotten back to us and would appreciate some answers. Thank you for the response below, but I am would like to know that my parts have shipped along with a tracking number. Your mailbox is full at the number that I call and no one is returning my emails. We would appreciate all new hardware for our 3 screens sent out immediately with a tracking number or else we would like you to send us three new screen sections or start the return process. Please let me know.

I'm not in habit of taking time to give a review, but I think it's important for potential customers to know that this sunroom has a couple of serious defects. The biggest problem is that it leaks. Fortunately, it's not from the roof, but anything, but a mild rain brings water onto the floor inside. We have tried super caulking around the base, both inside and out. That has helped some, but the problem is not resolved. It may be because the other issue is that the trim that goes around each of the window panels doesn't stay in place. It took a long time to fit all of the panels with this trim, but when it gets warm, they start falling out. I'd love to know if anybody has found a remedy for these issues??
