Don’t buy Stay away It’s a scammer Don’t waste your money I usually don’t review like this, only this store made me have to review badly so customers don’t get scam. Please stay away. Look like they would reply back here and sound really nice but the truth is they are not. They took your money and don’t care about customers satisfaction. I would report to BBB for this company. I lost my money and learned my lesson and I don’t want others to suffer like me please please don’t buy from them. Stay away.

I have assembled the 12x20 pergola and 2 of the 6 screens are not working correctly. 1 screen isn't working at all and 1 only extends about 80%. Since there is no way to reply to Erommy I will reply here and say I have emailed the company with no response and when I call the number I get hung up on before talking to anyone. I bought the pergola from Wayfair order # 2801862043.

I received an umbrella, but two essential parts—the umbrella poles—were missing from the box. I’ve sent three emails, one Facebook message, and tried calling multiple times. Every time I call, the message says to have my order number and information ready—then it hangs up. So far, I’ve had zero response. I’ve paid for a product I can’t use, and it’s not the missing parts that frustrate me most—it’s the complete lack of customer service. If someone reaches out to resolve this, I’m open to updating my rating. I understand that mistakes happen. But right now, it’s the silence and inaction that’s driving my review.

Terrible Experience with Erommy and Walmart – Stay Away! This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had. I purchased a gazebo through Walmart, which was sold by a third-party company called Erommy. When the product arrived, it had broken parts and missing pieces. Since then, it’s been almost a full month of frustration and absolutely no resolution. Walmart keeps giving me the same useless response — “Contact the seller.” Meanwhile, Erommy sent me the wrong replacement parts and then completely ignored my follow-up messages. I’m tired of being pushed back and forth with no accountability from either company. This kind of customer service is unacceptable. I spent a good amount of money and expected at least a working product — or at the very least, some respect as a customer. Instead, I got delays, broken items, wrong replacements, and silence. Walmart should take full responsibility for the third-party sellers they host on their platform. Erommy should not be allowed to sell anything if they can’t support their customers or ship products correctly. Avoid both Walmart and Erommy if you value your time, money, and sanity

Ordered online there was no service.

I received part of my order but not the base for the umbrella. Have contacted customer service. Was told my package was lost. So far haven’t received any update or when I requested a refund I got no response. Terrible communication. At this point I feel like I will never receive my order or my money back. My next option is to report it to my bank as fraud. Horrible experience.

Chair came w/ chipped paint, zipper was broken off cushion. I just want to return them and they keep giving me the run around. Would never recommend after spending $500.
