I ordered the 12x16 gazebo on Thursday and it was delivered on Tuesday of the following week. I was really surprised at the speed of shipping with that Monday being Labor Day so definitely a 5 star on shipping and cost. All 4 boxes were in good shape and I opened each box to verify no damage. Due to rain I will not be assembling it until next week. I will update te review after assembly.

Delivery was fast. Have not installed yet

We purchased a 24v Eletric UTV and our boys loved it. They would ride it for hours every week and after close to 3 months it literally broke in half. Not sure of this was manufacturing defect or what happened. Nevertheless Erommy was quick to respond and resolve the situation. Couldn't be more pleased with the service!
