I am very unhappy with the recent purchase since I've ordered 12X12 Heavy Duty Gazebo with Ventilated Galvanized Steel Roof SKU: EY-ZHG-018MS but instead they sent me the cheap one, 12 x 12 FT Modern Gazebo with Double Roof and Enhanced Drainage System, SKU: EY-ZHG-153MS. The quality of gazebo is horrible, no cover plates for the columns, and there are huge gaps between the parts of the assembled roof. Called EROMMY customer support, no reimbursement, no follow ups from the managers for 4 days. Filing official complain with BBB and CA consumer protection.

bought 10x12 gazebo last august arived late in sept. too late in year to put up. opened boxes this spring multiple missing parts and no instructions no hardware, downloaded parts list . erommy at first said send list missing parts did inventory found parts actually besides missing some were from different product. multiple emais sent now they just refuse to respond by email or phone. dont buy ever from this company. scammers and not proffessional UPDATE-despite asking where i bought it. sent link to there own order page with my order they still do nothing---no response . stay away. Terrible Experience – Defective Parts & Zero Customer Support Target (Order #91200259 1224837 A week ago , We made a high-value purchase of a sunroof system from Erommy and were extremely disappointed with both the product and the customer service. The package arrived with defective parts, and when we reached out for a replacement, we received no response from their support team. Our installation is completely on hold, and we’re now stuck with heavy, unassembled pieces that we’re being forced to repack and return — something we didn’t want to do, but we have no choice due to their lack of communication. To make matters worse, the customer service representative we managed to speak with admitted she couldn’t help and said that all issues had to be handled by email. We followed instructions and emailed the service department multiple times, but again, no response. We’re now running out of our 30-day return window, and Erommy’s silence is pushing us toward a full return, despite all the effort and time already spent. This has been a nightmare. We feel like a rolling stone with zero support, a bad delivery, and even worse customer care.

Missing hot stove from delivery. Messaged day of to alert company I have not heard anything or received any packages with the replacement part.

I order Gazebo but they send yellow/brown color instead of black. It heavy to return the box. Please make sure and double check the color you are going delivered to the customer. I'm not happy.

My pergola was delivered to another home. Address was clear.. I have no pergola and no money...

The quality of the product was really bad. 3/6 chairs of the patio dining had issues. Customer service did refund, but I will not be ordering from this website in future to avoid quality issues.

Unfortunately, more trouble than benefit buying from Erommy! Several boxes came damaged and one of the screens was broken upon arrival. They tried to have me fix it myself with a series of complex steps involving taking internal components apart all while not refunding any money. I finally talked them into a replacement screen, which took 4 months to arrive. Now, 13 months after receiving the pergola, the screen that had to be replaced is now not working. They’re completely ghosting my calls and emails. I just want them to warranty the part that is NOT 1 year old/past the warranty date. They do not stand behind their products or provide quality customer service. Don’t buy Erommy! Update: As you can see from their response, Erommy said they are working hard to offer a replacement but it was just for good publicity. I emailed them again and referenced their trusted pilot response and was told “We are sorry that your order has passed our 1 year manufacturer warranty. We would like to help you but sorry that our system cannot do any refund or replacement under the circumstance. Sincerely, Lumi“ This company sucks!
