Packaging was awesome, no issues. Was packed very neatly. Did most of the assembly by myself and my boy helped with the roof. Having extra parts of almost everything was also great, didn't need any, but took a little anxiety away! Would definitely purchase from here again.

It’s a beautiful pavilion, it did take more than a couple of hours to put in but well worth it

Prompt responses from the customer service department! very professional and efficient. We received few parts damaged (probably during logistics) however customer service was able to replace them in a timely manner.

Super fast delivery. Beautiful product. So very happy and ready for the cold that the north east brings.
