Placed my first order and haven’t heard anything or received anything. Attempted to email support no reponse - 7 days Got a call from delivery company stating that delivery would be another 2-7 days - we will see

Beware. We had 6 damaged parts, no cover caps for the posts, and now we’re stuck because customer service for Erommy is non-existent. They always respond that they will work to resolve things but never do. They’ll promise an email over and over that doesn’t come. If your order arrives with everything intact, consider yourself very lucky. I would look elsewhere for patio products or you’re in for a huge hassle with no resolution in sight.

I purchased a gazebo from their website. It was delivered fine put together no problem. We used it for one summer covered it in the winter. This is our second summer with our gazebo. Seven of the top panels are completely bowed. I contacted. Erromy customer service to express that the top panels were completely bowed only after one full summer of use as this was not a cheap purchase, and I had fully expected it to last for more than one summer.. They stated our warranty is only good for one year pretty much too bad for you. I would be cautious of purchasing anything from this website as their gazebos obviously will not last for that long.

Poor customer service. It states they are open from 10-7 PST If you call their message service says call during business hours. Which I've done for over 2 weeks. No one Will Ever Answer the Phone. I still have missing parts. cannot get a response from anyone. I guess i need to file a claim with American Express. I did receive a response to contact their customer service, and they will resolve the issue. Let see, I have sent 15 emails with everything they have requested. Nothing has been resolved. I have called at least 10 times and sent them everything they have requested. NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. The last time i looked actions speak louder than words.

Order number EY635437 I don’t think this is a legitimate company. Buyer beware. No customer support. Phone number doesn’t work and they don’t have an email that responds within a week. I’ve been waiting for a missing part for two months, now I have to find a lawyer. 34% of there clients give them a one star review. Perhaps they’ll respond to this message long before they actually contact me. Click on the tracking number! You will see it has not been delivered. It is a missing package. Once again, curious customer service.

I ordered a 10x12 Pergola (Order No. EY637031) that I received o 7/3/25. Quality is so-so - I expected more metal and less plastic, but is overall a nice product. Unfortunately, it came with parts missing. First, it was a feat just to reach a person at customer service until I finally figured out if you call after 4pm EST you magically reach someone. Not that this did much good. In every call I was informed by the "customer service receptionist" how she could not help me, but she sent a message to the service team and they would email. Surprise! I did not get any email. I then asked to talk to a manager, but no luck there. Again, she advised she is just a customer service receptionist so all she could do is email the management team. With not receiving an email or call from management, I called back and was told an email was sent to management and they acknowledged receipt of the message and said they would be contacting me, but they didn't say when. In addition to all of these calls I have sent multiple emails. I have provided my order number, a list of the missing parts with their part numbers and my phone number for a preferred call back in addition to an email confirmation. Nothing but crickets. 2 weeks and I still don't have a quarter of the louvers and none of the corner support brackets ("foot tube packages"). I have one louver with a dent, but it's not worth the added torture of asking for a replacement part given it still does what it's meant to do. I would NEVER recommend ordering from these folks. I will be kind and patient for 1 more week. After that, formal complaints to the BBB and any other CA agencies will be made. This is just ridiculous!

I purchased a gazebo on June 23. Everything was delivered by the end of June. However, there was a piece of roofing that was damaged, it had punctures through it. I reached out to customer service and, at first, was impressed. They responded saying that they would send new parts, to just let them know what was damaged. I responded and let them know what piece we needed. She emailed on 7/6 saying that she was notifying the warehouse staff to send me the piece and that I could reach back out in a “few” days for tracking information. I sent an email on the 10th, and another on the 16th and have received no response and no package with the replacement piece.

May 27th I purchased a 20x10 with remote controlled shades and LED lights. I was so excited to get this pergola because it was going to solve all of my outdoor needs. Well that didn’t happen! In the beginning everything seemed great. I ordered shipping protection ($113.53) to protect my costly investment and felt good about the communication as the product traveled from Canada to Texas (later learned once problems arose this was an overseas company). The pergola was scheduled for delivery on June 6th but was delivered June 9th without issue, no missing boxes (7 or 8 total boxes) no dismantled boxes, everything looked good. As we put the product together over a couple of days we noticed the wiring was labeled wrong from the directions. It listed some numbers that we didn’t have. Tried to work the controllers to have the shades come down and NOTHING! Controller one wouldn’t allow the shades to come down nor the LED lights to work. Controller two allowed the lights to come on but not the shades. As we kept trying to troubleshoot with EROMMY via email and we sent videos to show what our problems were, they were very responsive and helpful in the beginning with troubleshooting. Later when I let them know that shade 7 dropped halfway down on its own, then became stuck, communication changed (lessened; I felt ghosted). I made calls and sent messages on instagram and their service department. After a few days of going back and forth with the EROMMY service department, shade 7 fell down completely. At this point I’ve had numerous calls and emails with EROMMY. To no avail no resolution. Currently I keep getting emails from them about being patience and understanding and videos that aren’t helpful. It’s been almost two months and I am pissed! I wanted to have this pergola up and running by July 4th! EROMMY keeps saying the factory is sending the “accessories” out but nothing has happened. They lied and said it should go out after 7/2/25 I reached out to get confirmation and no response. I left another message on instagram and miraculously got a reply back from the service team but still no tracking info. In their message yesterday still blaming the factory as the ones to send the replacements that were supposed to already be delivered. I am a very understanding person but this is ridiculous! I paid thousands for this faulty product and I feel like I am getting the runaround and scammed. Lastly, they had the nerve in their email yesterday to offer me $100 “as additional compensation”! That doesn’t even cover the $113.53 in shipping protection; WTH I paid $6000! I want my money back and DO NOT RECOMMEND EROMMY!
