It wasn’t easy to put together , and I was missing two cushion so when I finally finished putting it together I got to enjoy 1 chair .

Horrible customer service. Wires not labeled correctly. I've been going back in emails with customer service which response is Horrible. Can't get anyone on the phone for technical support. May get an email response may not. Can't even get the same person each time. Been going on for weeks now. Half the pergola works the other half quit, screens stuck down half the lights work, one screen has a cut wire coming out the end no connector.

We purchase a 12x20 louvered pergola. Apparently they just changed the style because our roof panels don’t look the same or assemble the same as videos I’ve seen or seen in the online manual. Our louvers are not draining water. It is installed correctly, per instructions, but the louvers collect water, start to droop the middle slats, and eventually the middle starts pouring water inside. Erommy told us we have to raise one side two inches. Nowhere in their description online does it say the gutter system only works if you raise one side. Raising one side will not work because it causes the shades to get stuck and it’s crooked against the back of my house. This pergola is completely useless to us. They are refusing return and only offering us $200. I opened a claim with my Credit card company because this product was $4,200 and it was falsely advertised. Wish I had never bought it. They obviously need to go back to the old style. I’ve seen complaints on Amazon and Wayfair about this new style. They probably reengineered the roof to cut their costs and now the roofs aren’t draining for several people. I need my money back at this point because I need to pay someone to haul this thing off so I can replace with something that will actually protect my furniture and TV.

The worst customer service I have ever received. My pergola arrived with dents in multiple areas. They offered me $75 to keep the pergola, this was 1% of what I paid in total. I was planning on purchasing another pergola from them, but for sure will not anymore very disappointed in this company.

I order the 10x23 hardtop Gazebo, that's was to be delivered on the 5th and i am yet to get it...

Purchased the Erommy 14x20 gazebo on 7/23. The quality is shockingly poor — frame wobbles in light wind, large gaps let rain pour in, and the roof leaks everywhere. Worst of all, the nuts are smaller than the pre-drilled holes, making the entire structure unstable. This entire Gazebo is obviously a lemon. There is paint already starting to bubble after only a few weeks. I had professionals assemble it at a cost of $1,200, only to end up with a flimsy, unsafe product. I want a full refund plus reimbursement for the installation labor.

I am a teacher on a fixed income. Purchased a solarium for $2700 Had foundation built to put it on (another $800) Step 1 learned that the panels did not fit in the frame of the kit. Company does not answer their phone. Have sent at least 20 emails and have sent pics that show the problem. The company does not seem to care about customers or their own products

We received our pergola with a bracket with misaligned holes. It was our last bracket and they insisted that it was the installation error. Eventually a month later with multiple emails going back and forth trying to convince them that it was not an installation error with pictures of evidence , they gave us a new bracket and it fit. Then our sliding screens started to break. They sent us a video on how to replace a part within the screen. After we opened the item, the plastic pieces were shattered. We don't know what's going on with the other screens but we have little faith that they will be working for a very long. We are reluctant to get the extended warranty because it takes months before they address the problem. Do not buy this product.
