I ordered 2 puzzles in December which never came. I emailed about a refund and they claimed it had been delivered. The tacking page is a dodgy fake page. They still haven't refunded.

I ordered 4 puzzles as stocking fillers for Christmas. The money to pay for them left my account on the 9th December. I still don't have these puzzles. I have contacted the company several times and sent them all relevant documentation via email. They are still telling me that their order department is trying to locate my order. Having read the other reviews I wish that I had read them before parting withy money. Absolute scam.

This company is a total fraud. I ordered a puzzle for Christmas and it was apparently delivered to Ontario, I am in Alberta. I don’t even think it was delivered at all. I can’t get a straight answer from their customer service!!

Die Qualität der Puzzles, sofern sie verschickt werden ist grotten schlecht. Typisch für China Produkte, wurden hier internetbilder von anderen Firmen genommen und auf billige pressplatte geklebt. Die bilder sind unscharf und verschwommen. Zu dem sind ist das bild auf billigste Art und Weise verklebt, so dass das puzzle bevor man überhaupt angefangen hat sich in seine Bestandteile auflöst. Kundensupport ist nicht vorhanden! Darum rate ich ab von Aimpuzzle, ericpuzzle und wie sich das Unternehmen noch so im Internet nennt auch nur irgendetwas zu bestellen!

The company is a complete scam i ordered Christmas present off them which never showed up and when I email again they seemed to have forgotten about every other email I sent and tried to promise me I’ll get a puzzle as soon as they can they refuse to refund me and are a Fraud of a company

I have not received my order. Their website says it was delivered 5 Jan 23 I ordered in December. Wish I had read these before I ordered!!!!

FRAUD!!! SCAM! Products never arrived, support email doesn't answer. I asked for a refund many times but anybody answered. Don't buy anything in this site!!!! IT IS A FRAUD!!!!

I would like to know why TrustPilot has deleted my review and other reviews I remember reading before I made my review? How many of these negative reviews have been deleted and why. My review was a legit negative review. Done to prevent others from getting scammed like I did.
