Excellent customer sercice
Charger to unit is damaged does not charge Excellent customer service is sending me replacement unit. I am giving 5 stars because I bought this after using a friend's massager with excellent results on my horse's back

Highly recommend for all horses!
Equirelief is easy to use and operate. It’s quiet, has different levels and settings for all the muscle groups. I have a 19 yr old mare who I use it on after every ride. Equirelief helps to keep her happy, healthy and willing too work! As someone who can’t afford something like an equissage this is a cost efficient way to give my horse what she needs. Equirelief works just as well but is a fraction of the price! It’s light and the battery lasts for hours before needing to charge again. Highly recommend for all horse owners 🙌🏼
